Each Body Buck is personally designed and checked by an expert with years of experience.
Car Body Bucks is managed by Kevin Agnew a qualified mechanical engineering technician who is a motoring and sports car enthusiast.
He has years of experience in building and restoring classic and sport cars.
He has also scratch built original cars.

Making use of Computer Aided Design(CAD), 3D scanning and CNC work centres we are able to create out of plywood a life size car body buck which you can then use to form your car body on.
These we can ship locally. For international clients we send the cars "Buck Pack" files which consist of all the board vector files and instructions. This allows the client to have his own boards cut and for the client to assemble the buck himself.

You can then create your own body in aluminium, steel or composites of fiberglass as done in the traditional style of forming car bodies by Ferrari and Maserati.

The plywood profile/car body buck components are CNC routered and then slotted together to give you a full framework of a life size car.

We also can also design the chassis for you. This will allow you to have every part CNC laser cut and tube laser cut, including all the notching which will ensure that every part fits together perfectly. 

Upon request we are now also producing Car Art Model Sculptures.
This is a scaled down body buck model that is used as a special display item in your garage, office or lounge.
